Spring Break Part I

Spring Break at Nana & Papa's

My daughter, grand kids
and niece are visiting
for Spring Break

We've had tons of fun
which I will share with you
in my next post.....

......but today I want to show you
 what my niece scored
at the many flea markets
we've hit over the last couple days

She found this door at the Re-Store
She is going to paint it and hang it
over her desk in her home office

and she found this cute table
(of course I didn't get before pictures)
but take my word it was a mustard color
bordering on gold....kind of ugly

.......until her Aunt Marsha painted it white
and distressed it a little

love the roses on the front

and these amazing legs

and last she found some large
frames that we painted white

she is going to use these to frame
her wedding pictures

I had fun showing the girls
how to make their own chalk paint,
painting 101, and how to distress

Now all that's left is figuring out
how to fit all this in her car!!!!

Every Little Birdie says-

But we don't sweat the small things
what's important is that she found
all these amazing finds for a real bargain!!
