Before
The table in the left corner was a find from a
boutique "going out of business"
It was one of their display pieces and I got it for $10.00!!
It needed a little work, but I loved the detail and knew
once painted it would be beautiful
I've had it a while but finally today
I got the inspiration to paint it!
I love how the Annie Sloan Old White Paint
brings out the pretty detail
This makes my third ASCP project
for my bedroom
(the chair and blue table at the end of my bed
were also Annie Sloan projects)
After
I decided my Garden Style book
looked better on my "new" shabby white table
(Nothing stays in one place too long around my house)
Every Little Birdie says-
What projects are you up to this weekend??

Such a unique table. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteLooks great!
ReplyDeleteMy project today was to get my sewing area straightened so that I can get back to a log cabin quilt I've been working on. Happy to say I got it done and was able to work on the quilt some. :)
It's good to feel productive. You must do a post on your quilt. I'd love to see it.
DeleteI love the little delicate feet on that table.
ReplyDeleteI saw something similar at the thrift store today...they were asking way too much.
As soon as I mentioned paint, The Honey said 'forget it'...it would look much nicer refinished.
...your table looks wonderful painted and in this room. :) Pat
This is a lovely room.
