The last few evenings I've been
playing around trying my hand
at fabric flowers
playing around trying my hand
at fabric flowers
I've seen some really pretty ones on Pinterest
and decided I'd try it
and decided I'd try it
check out my crafts board on my Pinterest page for these sites
I love the soft pretty look ........
so out came the fabric, the glue gun and the pearls
I've only made three so far
but I can tell you it's addicting!!
I'm sure I'll get better with practice
and learn how not to burn my fingers
with the hot glue
But for now I'm having fun!
I also stopped by Hobby Lobby yesterday (dangerous territory for me)
and guess what I found there?????
Burlap flowers!!!
$2.49 each
Of course I had to purchase some
I decorated one of my painted wine bottles
and added this pretty Hobby Lobby
burlap flower for a little french charm
in my "french country" guest bath
Every Little Birdie says-
Have you ever tried your hand at these???
I'd love to know!
Your flowers are so pretty! I am going to head over to your Pinterest page and take a look around! Hugs, Penny

ReplyDeleteGood Morning Marsha, I adore your fabric flowers they are really lovely and I understand why they are so addictive. I can think of many uses for them.... one which I would love, is to turn one of the fabric flowers into a broach, I think it would be perfect for a Spring outfit..... I love broaches.
ReplyDeleteMarsha, I have enjoyed my visit so I have become a new follower.
I would like to invite you to visit me at Ivy, Phyllis and Me! where you will be most welcome. I look forward to seeing you there.
Best Wishes to you,
Daphne
